Calypso Wallet ("Calypso") is a non-custodial software interface for interacting with the XRP Ledger (XRPL). It does not provide:

2. Usage at Your Own Risk
By using Calypso, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Asset Loss: Losing private keys, seed phrases, or sending funds to incorrect addresses cannot be reversed.
- Blockchain Risks: Network congestion, smart contract bugs, or protocol changes may disrupt transactions.
- Market Volatility: Digital asset values fluctuate unpredictably.
- Third-Party Risks: Malicious dApps, phishing, or scams may lead to irreversible losses.
Calypso does not control the XRPL, smart contracts, or third-party integrations.

Calypso is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including:
- Accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted functionality.
- Fitness for a specific purpose.
- Immunity from security breaches or vulnerabilities.

All Calypso-branded content (logos, UI, text) is owned by the project. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
